1. Agreement
By creating an account or using MedStudy Flashcards ("MedStudy", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What MedStudy Provides
MedStudy helps medical students turn lecture PDFs into AI-generated summaries and flashcards, with built-in spaced repetition review. The App is for educational study purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used for clinical decision-making or patient care.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for medical students aged 17 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the App.
5. Free and Pro Plans
The free plan includes limited uploads as described in the App. MedStudy Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store (monthly or yearly plans as shown in the App). Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings and subject to Apple's terms. Use Profile → Restore purchases if you reinstall the App or switch devices.
6. Your Content
- You retain ownership of PDFs you upload.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your PDFs and derived study materials solely to provide the service (summaries, flashcards, review sync, and export).
- You must only upload content you have the legal right to use for personal study (for example, your own notes or lecture materials you are permitted to use).
- You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe third-party copyrights or other rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have rights to use
- Attempt to bypass upload limits, access other users' data, or abuse the API
- Use the App for clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or patient care
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without permission
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated summaries and flashcards may contain errors or omissions. Always verify important facts with your lecture materials, textbooks, and instructors. MedStudy is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional education or clinical training.
9. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content processed through the App infringes your copyright, contact us at mqzh123456@gmail.com with sufficient detail to identify the material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights.
10. Service Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Processing times for uploaded PDFs may vary. We may modify features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedStudy and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including exam outcomes or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use the free plan).
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

14. Changes
